Tailor · score · track — one place

One résumé won’t get you hired. The right one, per job, will.

Brilla·CV reads the job, then rewrites your résumé to fit it — grounded in what you’ve actually done, scored for fit, and tracked from draft to offer. You see every change before it lands.

How it works

From job post to sent

01
Drop in the job
Paste a URL or the description. Brilla·CV extracts the role, requirements, and the exact skills it screens for.
02
Tailor — and see every change
The AI rewrites your résumé for this posting, reordering and rephrasing what fits. You review the additions and deletions as a diff, then apply.
03
Score, then send with proof
A claim-by-claim match score and ATS keyword check show where you're strong and what's missing — before you hit submit.
04
Track to the offer
Every application lives in one pipeline — with cover letters, interview prep, and version history for each.
Why it lands interviews

Honest AI, built for how hiring actually works

It never makes things up
Every rewrite is grounded in your real experience — no invented titles, dates, or metrics. And you approve each change as a highlighted diff, so nothing lands behind your back.
Beats the résumé screen
Plain-text, single-column output that ATS parsers read cleanly — plus a live check of which job keywords your résumé covers and which it's missing.
Know your fit before you apply
A 0–100 match score with a claim-by-claim breakdown of where you meet the bar and where you don't — and recurring gaps aggregated across all your applications.
Cover letters that aren't generic
One click writes a specific, grounded cover letter for the job — under a page, no clichés — then you edit and export to PDF.
Walk in ready
Generate the questions this exact role is likely to ask, each with talking points pulled from your own experience.
Full version history
Every save is a restorable version. Compare any two with a word-level diff, so you always know what changed between drafts — yours or the AI's.
The usual way
Build in one tool. Scan ATS in another. Track in a spreadsheet. Repeat 80 times.

Questions

The things you're actually wondering

Does the AI just make things up to fit the job?
No — and that's the whole point. Every rewrite is grounded in your existing résumé; it reorders and rephrases what you've actually done, and it's instructed never to invent employers, titles, dates, or metrics. You also review each change as a green/red diff and apply it yourself, so nothing gets added without you seeing it.
Will a tailored résumé actually get past ATS?
Brilla·CV writes plain, single-column text — no tables, columns, or graphics that trip up applicant tracking systems. On top of that, it checks the exact skills the posting lists against your résumé and shows you which keywords you're covering and which you're missing, so you can add the ones that are genuinely true.
Do I have to start from scratch?
No. Import your existing résumé as Markdown (formatting preserved) or as a PDF (we extract the text) and Brilla·CV starts from that. From there you tailor a version per job — your original stays intact.
How is this different from Teal, Jobscan, or Rezi?
Those each do one part well — tracking, ATS scoring, or building. Brilla·CV puts them in one place: you tailor the résumé, see the ATS keyword coverage and a match score, write the cover letter, prep for the interview, and track the application — all on the same screen, grounded in the same job.
Is my data private?
Your résumés and applications are isolated to your account and enforced at the database level. We don't sell your data or use it to train models. Sign-in is handled by a dedicated identity provider — we never see your password.
What does it cost?
It's free while we're in early access — tailor, score, write cover letters, and track as much as you want.
